1) By Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
You can transfer funds in TL, EURO, or DOLLAR to any of our accounts at Garanti Bank and Halk Bank.
2) Via Credit Card on Our Website
You can take advantage of our online single payment or installment options with any credit card. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In the event of a possible order cancellation or stock issues, refunds to your credit card may vary according to the bank’s procedures.
3) Order Refund
In the event of order cancellation due to any reason, Ceoparts Makine Yedek Parça A.Ş will refund the product cost to your account and/or credit card within seven business days. However, you must provide your bank account information and/or credit card details correctly and completely to our financial authorities.
4) Delivery
We strive to ship the products you have ordered on the same day. For products that take longer to supply, the shipping time is three business days as specified in the product details. In case of a likely delay in delivery, you will be informed.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you will be available during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery method you have specified at the end of your order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via MNG cargo. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the cargo company within a maximum of 2 (two) business days.
You can consult our customer representative regarding different delivery conditions. Also, cargo deliveries are only applicable within Turkey.
5) Payment Tracking
If the system encounters any issues that prevent the transaction from being completed, our visitor will be notified at the end of the payment page.
In case of any errors at the specified address, the order placer will be contacted regarding the undelivered order.
The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order has been processed.
We are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use to ensure the completion of the delivery.
Please note!
If you believe the package was damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in front of the delivery company representative. If you believe the product is damaged, have a report prepared by the cargo company and do not accept the product.
Once the product is received, it is considered that the cargo company has fulfilled its duties properly.

If you complete these procedures, we will begin working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
